Christmas Cookies Recipes – Comfortable Mincemeat Cookies

A deliciously comforting smooth baked cookie.

1/4 cup butter softened

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

3/4 cup mincemeat

1 1/2 cups all function flour

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped, optional


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, cream alongside one another butter and brown sugar. Incorporate in eggs and mincemeat combine very well.

In yet another bowl, incorporate flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt incorporate to the creamed combination mixing very well. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

Fall by tablespoonfuls 2-inches aside on to well prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let amazing wholly.

A new, citrus flavored cookie that will delight absolutely everyone.

1 cup shortening

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup buttermilk

3 eggs

2/3 cup orange juice

4 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel

3 to 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

Cookie Icing


Preheat oven to 375 levels.

In a bowl, product together shortening and sugar. Include in the buttermilk, eggs, orange juice and orange peel.

In yet another bowl, blend the flour, baking soda and baking powder gradually increase to creamed combination.

Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until frivolously browned. Let interesting. Frost with Cookie Icing.

Cookie Icing

4 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar

1/4 teaspoon orange extract

1/3 to 1/2 cup orange juice


In a bowl, incorporate the confectioners’ sugar, orange extract and enough orange juice to get to the desired consistency. Frost cooled cookies.

Tends to make 144 cookies.

A mouth watering cookie graced with espresso and cocoa flavors.

2 cups butter

4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided

3 cups sugar

1 cup baking cocoa

1 tablespoon immediate espresso granules

3 cups packed brown sugar

8 eggs, crushed

3 tablespoons vanilla extract

8 cups all intent flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 levels.

In a Dutch oven in excess of low heat, soften butter and and 2 cups of chocolate chips. Take away from heat stirring until smooth.

In a bowl, incorporate the sugar, cocoa and espresso include to butter mixture. Stir in the brown sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.

In another bowl, merge the flour, baking powder and salt little by little incorporate to chocolate combination. Stir in walnuts and remaining chocolate chips.

Fall by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on to ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes or until finally edges are established. Permit cool.
